YB Nga Kor Ming,
1) Why you need department of environment letter? Is it because you are engaging in activities that may adversely damage the environment and hence need dept of environment to be involved?
2) The letter that you posted says that there were "kesalahan" that has been immediately rectified. What were these kesalahan before?
3) How long did these kesalahan going on before it was corrected prior to 23 Sept 2014?
4) Could these kesalahan before contributed to loose earth already flowed to the rivers and hence contributing to downstream sediments that contributed to the floods?
5) If an official govt department of lettter and approval from the Dept of Environment can be trusted, should we also trust all the various letter of approvals from the various govt depts that said the Lynas plant is safe too - or for the matter of fact, every single official document from govt on any issue?
